The Customs Brokerage Department at the Vancouver office has an opening for well-organized, responsible individual with the following qualifications: Two years college diploma in Customs Brokerage or equivalent education or experience Certified Customs Specialist Designation - Up to date comprehensive knowledge of Customs and OGD requirements Experience in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Windows, AS400 and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of CBSA regulations Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating staff working the day shifts. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising activities of the Customs Brokerage department in all aspects of customs clearance processes... He/she will be responsible to assist; support and train staff, ensuring processes are followed efficiently and effectively. This position will require a dedicated candidate with analytical and problem resolution skills to coordinate and schedule daily work and ensure shipments are processed timely. The candidate is also expected to release cargo, assist with LVS entries and trouble shoot as needed by internal and external customers. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Customs Manager to ensure consistent application of FTN policies and procedures across all shifts 

 

Working Hours 3pm - 11pm
