We are hiring for a 18 month temperary (maternity leave) Account Executive for our Calgary office.
The Sales Department has a good career opportunity for a , dynamic and disciplined person with the following qualifications. ·University degree or Community College Diploma in International Trade or other related subject or equivalent training and/or experience. ·Four (4) years of professional sales experience. ·Solid knowledge, skills and abilities in selling solutions from our product line which includes (but not limited to) Brokerage, Ocean Freight, Air Cargo, Consulting Services, Warehousing and Insurance to win new customers. ·These target customers require sales professionals that are capable of consulting decision-makers in various geographical locations and require a sales professional familiar with all services necessary to provide a complete logistic solution to the customer. ·Ability to maintain and grow existing accounts. ·Excellent communication, organization, listening and presentation skills in order for one-on-one or group presentations or to identify opportunities and resolve customer dissatisfaction. ·Ability to pro-actively produce detailed and accurate sales reports on time and on a consistent bases. ·Very good working knowledge of Windows environment and mainframe applications. ·Valid driver’s license and able to travel frequently. This position is responsible for selling FedEx Trade Networks’ services to existing target customers and prospects. He/she must demonstrate a high level of professionalism when communicating with internal and external customers. The candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position is based in Calgary and requires travel to different regions in the Province of Alberta and elsewhere as reqeuired ,which will be outlined in your territory.
