FedEx Trade Networks, Mississauga has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative - Ground Services. Essential Duties/ Responsibilities - Key responsibilities include: High School Diploma. Prior industry experience, Customer Service experience, previous work with the clearance of FedEX Ground shipments preferred. Excellent verbal communications skills and telephones techniques. Working knowledge of computer applications, fax machines, photocopiers. Excellent customer service, should be capable of interacting with a wide range of customers and brokers. The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible to answer incoming inquiries from Customers relating to the customs clearance invoices that they have received from FTN. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the invoice, providing guidance and assistance to the Customer if corrections are to be made and processing a credit card payment from the Customer if required. Handle incoming customer disputes regarding their FedEx invoices for clearance fees associated with their FXG Brokerage Inclusive shipments. The candidate will also be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls about brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes, and other issues relating to shipping goods to Canada with FXG. Performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Work hours - 11:00PM to 7:00PM - Monday to Friday.

FedEx Trade Networks, Mississauga Office une ouverture immédiate pour un représentant du service à la clientèle - Services au sol. HEURES DE TRAVAIL - 11h00 à 19h00 - du lundi au vendredi. Tâches / responsabilités essentielles - Diplôme d'études secondaires. Expérience dans le secteur, expérience dans le service clientèle, travaux antérieurs avec le dédouanement des envois FedEX Ground préférés. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et techniques téléphoniques. Connaissance pratique des applications informatiques, des télécopieurs et des photocopieurs. Un excellent service à la clientèle devrait être capable d’interagir avec un large éventail de clients et de courtiers. Le candidat choisi sera principalement responsable de répondre aux demandes entrantes des clients concernant les factures de dédouanement reçues de FTN. Le candidat sera responsable de l’explication de la facture, de l’orientation et de l’assistance du client si des corrections doivent être apportées et du traitement d’un paiement par carte de crédit du client si nécessaire. Traiter les litiges des clients entrants concernant leurs factures FedEx pour les frais de dédouanement associés à leurs envois FXG Brokerage Inclusive. Le candidat sera également responsable de répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants concernant les frais de courtage, les droits et / ou les taxes, ainsi que d’autres questions relatives à l’expédition de marchandises au Canada avec FXG. S'acquitte de toute autre tâche assignée par le superviseur.
